Learning Styles has been an approved Massachusetts Supplemental Educational Services (SES) Provider in reading, writing and mathematics since 2003; Supplemental Educational Services are provided under the No Child Left Behind federal program.  School districts make free tutoring available to students in schools that are found to be in need of improvement and who are income eligible, meaning that the student is eligible to receive a free or reduced lunch. An important part of the program is that families choose the SES Provider.  Each district allots a certain number of hours per student which includes pre- and post- testing, materials, and frequent progress reports.

Learning Styles offers SES tutoring in three categories: reading, writing or math. The school and parent/guardian choose an area for assistance and goals are set. As skills are mastered additional goals can be written. Learning Styles is prepared to accommodate a broad variety of student challenges and our services are appropriate for students needing enrichment as well as grade level support and remediation.
